Silver Service - Managed Rent Collection

This service is everything our bronze service offers you and more,


  • Marketing your property, including property details, web listing and any other agreed services such as newspaper advertising and listing on property-search websites. To fully mange a property a commison fee of 10% of the yearly rent is charged. 


  • Accompanied viewings
  • Liaising between you and your prospective tenant/s and managing any negotiations
  • Checking references of prospective tenants
  • Drawing up the tenancy agreemen
  • Setting up standing orders
  • Arranging the EPC, if you want us to
  • Placing the security deposit in a tenancy deposit scheme, if you want us to.

A charge of 8% of the yearly rent argeed is charged. As a finders fee if we find the tenant for the landlord, this includes preparing all contracts and the landlord chooses to mange the property him or herself.


  • Current letting valuation & letting potential, including advice & guidance on improving rental value and regulations
  • Producing property details, photographs and arranging Energy Performance Certificate
  • General marketing of property including newspaper & internet advertising
  • Arrange accompanied viewings and provide you with updates, feedback and advise on the suitability of a prospective tenant.
  • Obtaining references: personal, financial, previous landlords and employers
  • Preparation of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement & renewals
  • Produce full condition report & Inventory
  • Collection of deposit, first months rent & setting up standing order between you and the tenant
